At MedCardiaction, we believe in transparency and fairness. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies that apply to all students who enroll in our training programs. Please read them carefully before registering for a course. By signing up for training, you are agreeing to these terms.
Enrollment & Registration
All classes require advance registration through our Enrollware system.
Walk-in attendance is not guaranteed.
Students must provide accurate contact information when registering.
Payments
Payment is due in full at the time of registration.
Accepted methods: credit card, debit card, and other Enrollware-supported options.
Your seat in the class is only confirmed once payment has been processed.
Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
48-hour cancellation policy: If you cancel 48+ hours before class, you may request a full refund.
Late cancellations/no-shows: Cancellations within 48 hours or non-attendance are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: Students may transfer their registration to a future class if space is available.
Certification Requirements
Students must attend the entire course. Partial attendance will not result in certification.
Students must pass both the written exam and hands-on skills assessment.
Certifications are issued through the American Heart Association and are valid for the designated term.
Instructor & Training Standards
All MedCardiaction instructors are certified EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, or nurses with real-world emergency response experience. We follow current AHA guidelines and update our curriculum regularly.

While MedCardiaction provides industry-standard training, we cannot guarantee outcomes in real-life emergency situations. Training prepares you to respond but does not substitute for professional medical treatment.
